- Lake Georgetown - Lake Georgetown is located about 3 miles west of Georgetown, Texas. The lake was constructed by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
- Cedar Breaks Park - Cedar Breaks Park is located on the south side of Georgetown Lake, which is located in the hill country area of Texas approximately 25 miles north of Austin.
- Jim Hogg Park - Jim Hogg Park is located on the north side of Georgetown Lake, which is located in the hill. The park was named for former Texas Governor Jim Hogg
- Inner Space Caverns - Prehistoric Adventure in Austin, Tx. More than 100000 years old, this cave features spectacular formations
- Mood-Heritage Museum - The Mood-Heritage Museum, located at Southwestern University in Georgetown, was established in the fall of 1978
- Williamson County Historical Museum - Housed in the newly renovated Farmers State Bank Building (1911), the Williamson County Historical Museum is located in the historic district on the square in Georgetown.
- Georgetown Palace Theater - Starting with silent films in 1925, and for decades to follow, the Palace Theatre drew crowds as the local movie theatre. The recently renovated art deco theatre now hosts entertainment ranging from classic movies and live music to community plays.
- Up The Chisholm Trail - More than five million cattle and a million mustangs were driven up the Chisholm Trail from 1867 to 1885.
- Blue Hole - Blue Hole is a scenic lagoon on the San Gabriel River. It´s located about 1 mile southwest of the San Gabriel Park and is a favorite "swimming hole" for those looking to cool down a little bit in the summer.
- Candle Factory - In one of only three factories in the United States where candles are still hand-dipped, quality and care are the number one concern as each candle is made.
- Hike & Bike Trail - The Georgetown Parks and Recreation Department has over 3.5 miles of hike and bike trails along the North and South San Gabriel Rivers.
- Inner Space Caverns - Among the wonderful natural features found in the Texas Hill Country are incredible living caves and caverns. Inner Space is a living cave, which means that its formations are continuing to develop and take shape.
- Lake Georgetown - For the more serious angler or water enthusiast, this 1200 acre lake offers boating, skiing, fishing, four separate camping areas, a wildlife preserve and 16 miles of hiking trails.
- Sunken Gardens - Set in beautiful San Gabriel Park, the Sunken Gardens are available for rental for weddings and other social events.
- Veteran´s Memorial Plaza - The Georgetown-Williamson County Veterans Memorial honors all veterans who have served in our military services, with the names of Williamson County residents who had given their lives in either World War I, World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam War and the Wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
